Your job as a parent is to offer a selection of healthy foods; it's then up to your child to pick what he wants to eat. Children generally get the nutrition they need, and many times, we forget their stomachs are quite small. That said, it's a good idea to expose your child to a variety of tastes and textures. Some children may not like bananas, but they will drink fruit smoothies with bananas in them. Some children may not like apples, but will eat applesauce. "No" to orange juice, but "yes" to oranges (and it may be that she likes orange juice without pulp versus with pulp). If you continues to be concerned, talk with your pediatrician about whether it makes sense to give your child a multi-vitamin as well.
Also watch liquid calories with toddlers and preschoolers. If your child fills up on apple juice, he may not have room for meals or acquire the taste for other fruits and vegetables.
