When children are experiencing challenging situations, they are more likely to act out at home by whining, bullying their siblings, etc.… As a parent, these behaviors can cause frustration and incline you to act out of that frustration. Re-frame your thinking. Remember that your child needs your support more than ever at these times. Therefore, take a deep breath and provide the support your child needs.
