Divorce

Introduction

Divorce is a process whose length and experience differs for each family -- and for each individual within a family.

Still, there are some common emotions and behaviors that divorcing families typically go through.

Taking the time to learn about the divorce process will give you insight into your and your soon to be ex-spouse’s feelings and behaviors and -- most importantly – those of your children.

The result? Better communications with each other and your children. By working through your own feelings, you’ll be better prepared to model and teach coping skills to help your children through this process.
